The pale green front cover of this unique birthday card shows a colorful birthday cake with pink, orange, and blue layers inside and rainbow sprinkles on the outside. A striking birthday candle erupts from the top of the cake, emitting sparks and confetti. Inside the card, the cake stands up in 3D, its sprinkles popping with brilliant color against the white icing. The top of the cake holds letter-shaped candles that spell out ‘Happy Birthday.’ On the inside cover, birthday supplies scatter among confetti, including party hats and gifts. The personalized tree-planting certificate is cleverly tucked into a compartment in the card and slides in and out for easy viewing and storage.

Celebrants of all ages can get a taste of sweet birthday joy when reading this Birthday pop-out card knowing that it not only celebrates their birthday, but is also a gift to the world because it plants trees!

If you would like a closing that is not listed below, please check “Custom” and continue completing your order. After you add your billing information and before you submit your order, there is a box titled “Order Notes”. Type in the closing you would like us to use and we will make sure that is what is printed on the certificate.

If you would rather not include your name on the tree certificate, type in “Leave Blank” and we will do so.

Please double-check your entries for accuracy and that it reads as you would like. If you need to make any changes, please edit your order above before adding to cart. Once added to the cart, you then click “Check Out” where you will enter all shipping info. Call 800-984-2101 if any questions. Please understand that while emojis can be used, they don’t always render clearly or with the same color as you see on your screen. We want the tribute certificate to look brilliant, so we might edit them out if they don’t reproduce clearly.

Domestic Delivery Time: We are processing orders within one business day and handing them off to the post office at the same time. The USPS, however, as of October 1, 2021, has increased their delivery timeline.  Instead of 2-3 day delivery times, it is now 3-5 days. The length of time will depend on the destination. We are based in, and ship from, Cleveland, Ohio.  We apologize for any delays and thank you for being a loyal (and patient) The Gifted Tree customer.
