The words “With Sympathy” are written on the cover of this heartfelt design making it an ideal choice for sending your condolences to a loved one who has recently experienced a loss. Sitting high on one of the branches is a dove, which are often associated with not only sympathy and sorrow, but they also symbolize new beginnings, great expectations, and act as a spiritual messenger during difficult times.The personalized tree-planting certificate is cleverly tucked into a compartment in the card and slides in and out for easy viewing and storage.

If you would rather not include your name on the tree certificate, type in “Leave Blank” and we will do so.

Please double-check your entries for accuracy and that it reads as you would like. If you need to make any changes, please edit your order above before adding to cart. Once added to the cart, you then click “Check Out” where you will enter all shipping info. Call 800-984-2101 if any questions. Please understand that while emojis can be used, they don’t always render clearly or with the same color as you see on your screen. We want the tribute certificate to look brilliant, so we might edit them out if they don’t reproduce clearly.

Domestic Delivery Time: We are processing orders within one business day and handing them off to the post office at the same time. The USPS, however, as of October 1, 2021, has increased their delivery timeline.  Instead of 2-3 day delivery times, it is now 3-5 days. The length of time will depend on the destination. We are based in, and ship from, Cleveland, Ohio.  We apologize for any delays and thank you for being a loyal (and patient) The Gifted Tree customer.
